The docking posts attach to the two mounting holes on the fender rail.
Without backrest: This kit has a mounting system with side plates that help conceal the opening left in the fender strut when accessing the mounting points. This kit includes black powder coated stainless steel docking posts, spacers and bolts.
With OEM detachable backrest: This kit mounts to the Kawasaki KQR 99994-0523B bracket kit docking spools (not provided). This kit includes standard stainless steel docking posts and bolts or you can use the docking post option.
Docking post option - Purchase our standard kit which includes four stainless steel docking posts (or) upgrade to four black powder coated stainless steel docking posts. Black docking posts for the detachable backrest are special order. Please allow five additional business days for shipping.
