Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal for payment. Credit cards are charged at the time of order. Please note that special order items and items not in stock will be charged at the time of order.

In-stock merchandise

Most products are processed and shipped within 2 business days. The Leatherworks items may be delayed in shipping due to production times.

Backorders

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, you will be notified by a follow-up email.

Carriers

We ship via U.S. Postal Service or comparable delivery service.

Estimated delivery

Estimated shipping does not include processing time. Please note that estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Lost or stolen packages

Great Bike Gear cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the delivery service if a problem occurs.

Return or Cancellation Policy

All returns, with exception of defective products which are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, are subject to a 30 day limit from the date of purchase and must reference a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the shipper. All returned items, with exception of warranty items, must be received in original condition without marks or scratches of any kind. Great Bike Gear, Inc. will be the sole judge of original condition. If received in less than original condition a partial or no credit will be given (no credit will be given for shipping) and shall remain with GBG. No returns are allowed on custom orders.

All cancellations must be received prior to shipping or they are subject to all terms of the Return Policy.
