I just wanted to personally thank Jon for his assistance in helping me figure out what kind of easy brackets that I had when I got a set of used saddlebag that had them on there. I needed the docking post and extra long bolts. Jon was very helpful and considerate.  After checking out the rest of the website this is a project that I will lose myself again in the future and I will be passing the word to friends at bike events about this great product.
